A 3-week academic UX research and design sprint with Caylie Rentsch and Dan Speers.
RentHub is a real-time price tool for apartments and rental housing that tracks and analyzes rental housing markets. Their current product focuses on helping property investors accurately price their currently owned properties.
We worked with their CEO and product designer when they were early in the process of developing a new tool to help prospective property owners and investors evaluate new opportunities in real time. Initial concept testing had already provided some direction, but they were excited to dive into an intense sprint with us to develop key features and get validation on the desirability of this new offering.
A more robust case study is in the works, but in the meantime please feel free to peruse our prototype.
