Lead Product Designer & Manager, Candy Digital

As the “player-coach” of a small but mighty UX team, my focus included the development of Candy’s Entertainment merchandise strategy and launch of Candy’s Netflix partnership, including journey mapping and puzzle development for the iamhellsmaster ARG, and leading UX for the Netflix x Candy platform.
Post-launch I managed overall platform improvements enabling additional partnership development, as well as iterative improvements to the pre-purchase and marketplace experiences. I also led an effort to future-cast how we might reimagine the structure of the platform for improved scalability, multi-brand experiences, and more.

I applied my multidisciplinary background in a fast-paced, evolving environment where I built and managed a small but impactful research team for consumer-facing interactive video experiences, as well as advocating for research best practices across the organization. I also contributed my expertise to a prospective SaaS solution for democratizing e-commerce interactive video creation, including strategy, ideation, and wireframing.
