As a kid, I wanted to be a horse – running through the fields, mane flowing, surrounded by my herd...
Turns out I'm more of a yoga person than a runner, but I did become a seriously silly grownup with great hair who found her herd in the world of human-centered design.
I am deeply passionate about the ways play, radical acceptance, emotionally safe environments, exceptional communication skills, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries can reshape the way we work, play, organize, and build toward a more sustainable and equitable future. I believe empathy, curiosity, and vulnerability are skills that are strengthened with practice, and like delicious cuisine, best when shared.
I strive to proactively bring these values to my design, facilitation, management, and mentorship. I’m driven to create structure and space for individuals and groups of any size to build understanding, gain alignment, define visions, and address challenges so everyone can focus on the hard but enviable work of creating something they're proud of!
